Chartering:
Our professional team has a long term experience in the maritime industry which have helped us establish constructive long term relations with reputable ship owners, charterers, shipyards, operators, and various first class broking houses worldwide.
We are committed to find our clients the right ships that meet their requirements and all types of cargoes whether in the dry or wet sector; We deal with shipowners of different sizes of bulk carriers with focus on Capesize, Panamax, Supramax and Handysize. We also deal with owners of tanker ships carrying crude oil, gas, oil products and chemicals regardless of the size.
We assist charterers and owners in negotiating the fixing terms (including freight, hire and demurrage) of all types of charterparties which vary depending on the nature of the cargo that is subject to the carriage by sea. We also assist both parties to sort out their differences should any dispute or controversy arise while performing the charterparty.
Ships sale and purchase:
We intermediate the sale and purchase of ships of all types. We assist owners to locate and find second hand ships of all ages and we also help owners with the review of the Memorandum of Agreement for the sale and purchase of the ships. In addition, we as banking consultants assist shipowners to find financing for the purchase of the ships and advise them on the financing requirements as well as all needed documentation throughout the process until the closing of the deal.
